Area of the cardiod:
$A=\frac{1}{2}\int_{0}^{2\pi}(1-\cos(\theta))^2\ d\theta = \frac{3\pi}{2}\approx 4.71$
Length of the cardiod:
$L=\int_{0}^{2\pi}\sqrt{(1-\cos(\theta))^2+(\sin(\theta))^2}\ d\theta = 8$
