These modules are the core of a course on Spatial Epidemiology, developed at the University of Michigan in the Department of Epidemiology. Ann Arbor software company BioMedware participated in the project, which included developing software (GeoMed) for performing statistical tests of hypothesis concerning space/time disease patterns and processes.
