Your homework assignment over 6.3 is due today. Graded 4, 12, and 16.
You're doing great: please continue to put
MAT385 (and assignment info) in the subject line of
your emails -- I am routing all messages using the
tag MAT385. It helps, and is appreciated!
You have an exam next time (Wednesday, 4/8). It will be
sections 4.1 and 6.1-6.3. So not a lot of material --
that's the good news.
As mentioned, I'll plan to "hand it out" (i.e. post it) at our
class time, and email you all to remind you. Then you'll have
an hour and a half to get it back to me. Let me know if that
will be a problem.
You'll be asked to sign a statement that this represents
your own work. You are to work alone, with a page of
notes that you can use. We're all on our honor here --
and I expect honor.
I'm going to make this exam pretty straightforward -- no
hard-to-explain problems -- things that look like homework.
Today:
Here
are some old test 2s (these may contain bits of other
chapters, so beware!). There are generally keys, so you can see
work that I liked.
Here are some "reviews" of the sections we've covered
for this exam.
