I would do these labs, and IMath exercises anyway -- because they're preparing you for the final. But don't sweat the grades, because they can only help you. That being said, if you need the help, it's time to do them and do well on them....
Let's use the tools we've developed -- vectors, unit vectors, dot and cross products -- to create some important three-dimensional objects: lines and planes in three-space.
As we know in calculus, linear things are very important. It is the tangent line which plays an importantly special role in calculus; and if you continue on to multivariate calculus (Calc III -- and I hope that you will), you'll encounter the tangent plane (one dimension up!).
